727, also 737-200 F/O control wheel.  Nice new powder coat, all switches...and a very unusual clipboard.  It has plug connections for some kind of tablet or other gizmo.  Whatever airline last flew this plane, they must have added some electrical wizardry to help the pilot do Minecraft while in flight.
